Between Us 《昧》 is a devised dance theater and contemporary art piece. It is an interdisciplinary performance by bringing theater, dance, music, visual arts, and multimedia to tell stories of true heart, true love, and true life. The motivation of creating this piece is to experiment with new structure. There is nothing between us, yet there is everything between us. It is a special memory to me and to you. It is happening now in our lives, the unspoken energy between two subjects - man vs. man, man vs. woman, woman vs. woman. It could be a struggle between histories, generations, races, classes, or any form of power as two halves are needed to make a whole.

BETWEEN US 《昧》北京 & 纽约的青年艺术家们联创当代艺术展和当代舞蹈戏剧独幕剧  －她将从人与人之间微妙的关系切入创作，并结合中美前沿艺术理念，戏剧观念，舞蹈艺术，原创音乐，视觉艺术，电影元素等多种艺术表现形式演绎以心可感的故事。世界首演在北京798圣点空间，给国内的观众带来不一样的艺术体验。

－《昧》是一场结合当代舞蹈戏剧，多媒体装置及影像展览的“总体性”艺术展出。 由来自纽约的青年导演赵琬任编导，著名舞蹈家侯莹任舞蹈戏剧指导、留英青年艺术家杨凯任艺术总监、青年批评家杨紫任策展人。因而，本次展出既是一次在舞剧进驻艺术空间的“机构评判”尝试，又能激起在不同文化之间的碰撞与激情。
