The Little Mermaid is a lyric piece of art, a love poem, in a world changing between water and air, reality and dream. A state of mind, an emotional image and mostly a journey of independence. The Little Mermaid flows with poetry and sensuality, and the beautiful walks hand in hand with spectacular acrobatic performances full of power

　　丑小鸭是一部与众不同的充满幽默色彩和寓意的独舞作品。The Ugly Duckling is a lyrical and and often humorous performance about a duckling. Like a Gordian knot it is born, stunted and yet well-made. It moves akwardly through life for finally to get a feeling of own strength and beauty. The Ugly Duckling is a clear-cut and a different performance about a metamorphosis of a duckling.

About Ingrid Kristensen, born in Argentina in 1965, since 1987 living in Denmark.In 1994 founder of the Dance Theatre Ingrid Kristensen.Ingrid Kristensen has choreographed and produced solos, ensembles and big set ups, a.o. for operas, performance, site specifics, theatre and circus. Ingrid Kristensen is known to use the most curious elements in her work as choreographer and dancer.
